Have you ever wondered how much rest to give yourself between training muscle groups? 

Have you ever wondered why you never feel at your full potential, despite training really frequently and well? Or training consistently without seeing results?

This could be due to poor frequency in training each muscle group. Too much or too little in a space of time can cause overtraining/lack of recovery or missing the window of adaptation. 

Both causes are from missing the Supercompensation!
